So far both Kerry and Bush look pretty good. What do you think?

I agree...to quote Admiral Stockdale from 1992 it's a "PING PONG MATCH."

This one is really dull so far. Bush seems to be more on point. Looks like a probable draw.

Agreed.  Bush does look much more relaxed than the other two.

Right now I would say Bush is winning overall.  Kerry sounds much more like a politician and Bush seems relaxed, confident and normal.

I like Bush's plan, I think Social Security will be dead, or worthless in a couple of decades. I'd rather get some of my money back into savings, than throw it down a hole with no return.

Now Kerry is sighing and shaking his head. It's almost a reverse of the first debate.  Very weird.

I'm just listening to it on the radio...but even here, Bush is coming across stronger.

Except for the really bad joke Bush started to say about the networks.....he seems to be on fire tonight.

wait just a minute...Bush doesn't support alien amnesty? A lot of the parents of my ESL students seem to think he does...

Kerry seems tired or something. He just wants this to be over. I thought having 3 debates instead of 2 would favor Kerry. Looks like it might save Bush.

If Bush had been this way in the first debate, this election would be over.

What the hell does iris identification have to do with stopping illegal immigration?
on Oct 13, 2004
"It's against the law to hire people illegally." Wow, what an insight Mr. Kerry. Any more informative remarks? Is selling illegal drugs also against the law? Is illegally taking items punishable by law? Are you sure he's the "intellectual" candidate?

Many of the "illegals" that we have to deal with in the school district are "multiple offenders." That means they've made more than one crossing. Iris ID could curb this. I'm really divided on this issue, I love my kids that make it here -- but iris ID is something that they are scared of, from my conversations with students.
