Rocket launchers tend to help in this regard.

Try some SC2, if you can't keep up there then welcome to old age noob out.

Best solution is to decide that all games too fast for you in fact suck. Turn based is where it's at.

Or, just watch videos on youtube. Takes no reflexes at all. Helps support view that most games suck and can safely be ignored.

Maybe you were always a noob and you are finally mature enough to realize it?

I know I got slaughtered sometimes online, on various games.  Had nothing to do with my age.  I just wasn't very good at it.  I had fun for a little while, even if I was losing.  Didn't always invest the time to try and get better at it.  Of course, there were a few games, I was the guy doing the slaughtering.  The sportsmanship of the various people who I beat varied at times.   Sometimes I got double/triple-teamed, which is perfectly fair game--more challenge for me.  Other times I got a "tetleytea die die die" and we both laughed.  It's like they hate constantly getting beat but it's not like I was doing anything wrong.  But then you had the jerks.  Welcome to playing online.
