Hmm, there's a political slant in that article...just can't figure out which way it leans.

it doesn't exactly seem Pro-McCain either...

but it's definately Anti-Obama!

It is Pro Palin. And goes with what I have been noticing. Both democrats and conservatives are trying to make it an Obama-Palin election, not an Obama-McCain election.

Then just laugh.  Air pressure can help!  But I think Obama over defended it.  And that is why it is so funny.

I'm so tired of hearing Obama talk of afforable college.  This means he wants to pay for it, or rather we the people will.  I worked to put myslf through college.  College is not a guarantee of the government.  Many of the kids need to stop waiting for things to be handed to them.  I do not want any more taxes added for this cause.

I've got to say, being a college student at the moment, I find it hard to balance working, studying, and having a social life. This doesn't make me think 'well everybody else should have to experience that problem' it makes me think 'I hope nobody else does have to'

Having said that, it's not up to a citizen who didn't get the opportunity 20 years ago and is struggling on a low-income to pay the way of someone now. That's who will end up paying for it. That's who always pays for it, because a dollar is more to them than 10 dollars to richer citizens, and yet they're taxed only slightly less.

Yea, I worked my way through college as well.  I think everyone should.  It provides not only an education, but a transition to adulthood.  And that teaches a lot of things your professors will not.
