Pensions includes Social Security and pensions for government workers.
Unbelievable. Aside from defense, the majority of money is entitlement programs.

If you count "health" in which most people get a lot more out than they ever pay in and same for social security we end up with over 50%.
10% of the budget going to welfare is really just as bad.
