Hi gang,

Felt like I'd gotten hit over the head with hammer today. The flu is going around and while I don't have that, I have a definite cold.

Rammix and Stormy have been moving up the level ladder at impressive speeds. I just hit a puny level 25 so far.

Cooler Guild Site:

I agree with others who have said that this guild page is kind of lame. It is lame.  On the other hand, down the line we hope to make JoeUser versatile enough that we could make something like this.

If you think about it, the only thing different from that site and this site are graphics.  We support custom links and such so it's just  a matter of being able to customize how it looks.

The guild tabbard:

I haven't had a chance to scan the page yet for our guild tabbard choices or logged on yet. I don't want to pick colors iwthout talking to you guys.  How about this - comment here to let me know what colors you guys prefer.

Then we can talk about the specific design.  I am partial to white and red or white and green myself but what do you guys think?

As far as web hosting goes, hosting isn't an issue.  I'm the President/CEO of Stardock Corp.  We own this site and www.wincustomize.com. So hosting isn't the problem. It's someone to provide pretty graphics and such.

We have a basic template site I could ask to be made into its own website if someone else wants to provide graphics for the template:

http://totalgaming.stardock.com/games/GalCiv.asp

So picture all those graphics replaced with ones of our making for World of Warcraft.

(another page using that template)

http://totalgaming.stardock.com/games/Disciples.asp

We hope to be able to do that with JoeUser eventually (i.e. be able to make a site like this look like whatever we want) but our IT guys are all busy working on www.wincustomize.com presently.

11, 20, 29 are my 3 favorites.

There is at least one guild on Uther using 11 already. I saw it in the auction house tonight. Of the other two, I like 20 very much. Probably my second favorite after 113. With that one, I'd like to see the graphic in gold or silver or maybe white against a dark background.

I was considering writing some kind of article about being a WoW widow - my husband's on level 41. But I decided after reading some of these articles/comments that I really don't have it so bad. Yes he gets up at 6am every morning and plays for an hour before work and a few hours after - but he plays in the loungeroom and stops regularly to talk to the baby, cook/eat dinner, talk to me. His response is "We could buy the game for you and you could play too."

Is there a club for WoW widows?

I like 20. It's simple yet, not lame. Seems to be getting the a lot of popularity around here also. Concerning other guilds, I don't know about anyone else, but, on my travels I have come across maybe 2 or 3 people who have tabbards.
